Not only is it free. Yes, free, there I said it. The picture is FREE! It is the most magical experience with an out of this world Santa photo that you will cherish for years to come.
Santa's Wonderland is a "Santa Picture" experience like no other. Santa's Wonderland is just that - a Wonderland packed with elf's, reindeer, trees dripping with snow, nutcrackers and Santa of course!
Can you even believe how beautiful of a backdrop this is?! It makes for a pretty epic Santa photo if I do say so myself!
The Santa's Wonderland scene is an overwhelming experience for me I can't even imagine how magical it is in a child's eyes.
What's more is there are so many free activities to do while you wait your turn for your Santa photo op you can really make an afternoon of it. Unlike your typical Mall Santa photo experience you don't have to wait in line while you wait. If there is a wait you can shop, do crafts, play with toy demo stations, and even write Santa a letter and mail it to the North Pole by placing it in the mailbox.
We have been going to Santa's Wonderland for the past five years, since my son's very first Santa picture! This year was our first year with the two boys! H was not a fan of Santa and cried while B smiled from ear to ear.
PSA: buy that play dirt! I am telling you - I dump that dirt in a big tupperware tub and can get ALL THE THINGS DONE! B plays with it forever! I can do laundry, cleaning, blog posts... you name it! it's worth every penny!
I cannot say enough good things about the entire Santa's Wonderland experience. It is run like a well oiled machine so you do not have to stress about the lines and waiting.

Here's how you can get your free picture with Santa at Santa's Wonderland:
1. Visit the Bass Pass Ticket Depot in stores!

2. Pick up a Bass Pass!
A Bass Pass is required and provides a time slot to see Santa, allowing you to explore Santa's Wonderland® or shop the store while waiting in a virtual line. Bass Passes are limited and go quickly each day.
Pro Tip: Be at the store before it opens ON A WEEKDAY and you should have little to know wait if you are one of the first to arrive.

3. In Select Locations: Register for a Digital Bass Pass!
Digital registration is required and will hold your spot in line to see Santa, allowing you to explore Santa's Wonderland or shop while you wait. Plus, receive updates and reminders via text message!
Pro Tip: If you must go on a weekend or busy time frame this really makes the experience so much better. You simply sign up in store at a digital kiosk and you will get a text alert when it is time to get in line. What's more is if the wait time is too long for you, you can schedule a time slot for a weekday pass and come back then!
