If you have never attended a movie at Fenway Park I can assure you we will certainly be back for more. It does not disappoint!
The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under, 2 and under are free. Which is more affordable than a trip to movie theatre and Boston's iconic Fenway Park is certainly an upgrade from your local cinema.
Seating is first come first all around the parks lower level. How cool?!
A handful of the parks concession stands will be open where you can purchase ice cream, popcorn in baseball helmet bowls (How fun!), brick oven pizza, peanuts and beer, just to name a few. There is absolutely something for everyone!
It is such cool experience to be in the park when it is not game time. The park is less busy and you will have an out of this world in-park experience without the game time hustle and bustle. At a previous movie night I snuck away for a few moments during the movie and it was almost as if I had the park all to myself. What a site to see! You should do the same! It is such a cool experience.
Parking directly at Fenway Park is $10 or so which is a premium as these parking spots are typically $60 during a game. Because it isn't a game the restaurants aren't as busy. In years past there was no wait at any of the restaurants and bars close by so it was easy to have dinner or apps beforehand with no lines no waiting, then walk over to the park.
Gates open at 6:45pm giving movie goers the opportunity to walk the warning track. The movie starts at 8:00pm sharp and is shown on the enormous center field vision board and can be seen easily from any seat in the park.
It is so much fun and a wonderful summer family fun filled night, I cannot say enough good things!

One of Boston's Finest keeping everyone safe. He gave me permission to take his photo and post it on my mom blog. I can assure you that he was thinking...who the heck is this crazy lady?
